Software Project Manager and Product Owner

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Software Project Manager and Product Owner to join our team at Pathfinder - IT Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering impactful projects while enhancing your skills in Agile management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients and technical teams to understand project requirements.
- Drive feature updates based on user feedback.
- Lead project briefings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Manage team workload, backlog, and bug resolutions to ensure timely project delivery.
- Oversee and coordinate software releases to ensure seamless deployment.
- Apply Agile methodologies to streamline project delivery and improve team efficiency.
Essential Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with a strong track record of project delivery.
- Strong project delivery experience, including planning, timeline mapping, and risk assessment.
- Project lifecycle management and budget control.
- Stakeholder communication and troubleshooting.
- Product delivery and maintenance.
- Experience with JIRA / KANBAN.
- Excellent documentation skills.
Desirable Skills:
- A technical background that facilitates strong communication with development teams.
- Any experience of software or IT project management and/or new product development.
