Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled UX Researcher to join our team at RMG Digital. As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in building out a comprehensive design system that will shape the future of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Dive into various data sources, such as support tickets, user success metrics, NPS surveys, and in-product feedback, to gather and analyze quantitative data.
- Storytelling with Data: Transform raw data into meaningful narratives that guide design decisions. Your ability to theme and interpret data will be key in driving the direction of UX research.
- Sentiment Analysis: Apply sentiment analysis techniques to understand user emotions and behaviors, helping to surface deep insights from the data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX teams to ensure data-driven insights are effectively integrated into qualitative research efforts, supporting evidence-based design decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience: In pulling and analyzing quantitative data within a UX framework.
- Hands-on experience: With tools like Qualtrics and Pendo is a bonus.
- Ability: To theme, analyze, and present data in a way that drives impactful UX decisions.
- Understanding: Of how UX research informs product development and design strategies.
- Experience: Working within a global software company is a plus.
