Job Title: UX Researcher

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to join our Product Design team at Third Bridge. As a UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in deciphering our core user needs, informing strategy for upcoming products, and providing greater clarity to the Product Design team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct discovery, exploration, and validation research to identify opportunity areas for commercial growth and improve our services and solutions.
  2. Develop and deliver effective research methods to test prototype products, learn customer needs, and inform product development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user needs are integrated into product development.
  4. Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders through compelling presentations and reports.

Requirements

  1. Experience in designing effective research methods to inform product development.
  2. Strong understanding of user research principles and methodologies.
  3. Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  4. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Jira.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
