We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at RELOcruitment Ltd. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for making initial contact with customers, quoting them for baggage/courier department, and following up with quoted customers to turn enquiry into booking.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their removal needs
  2. Provide accurate and competitive quotes for baggage/courier department
  3. Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth removal process
  4. Liaise with couriers and operations to book jobs in
  5. Provide exceptional customer care and service during the removal
  6. Obtain payments and documents for shipping
  7. Assist with customer queries and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Background in Sales or Customer Service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5pm with a 30-minute lunch OR 8:45am – 5:30pm with a 1-hour lunch.
