Senior User Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior User Experience Designer to join our team at Autodesk. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our next-generation cloud solutions serving the construction industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling user experience designs that meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement user experience design specifications.
  • Conduct customer research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to drive successful implementation of user experience designs.
  • Advocate for human-centred design principles and best practices within the organization.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional design experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Quality portfolio of recent professional user experience project work.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience applying UX within Agile development environments.
  • Experience working with 3D graphics and/or Autodesk products.
  • Experience with user research, analytics, and remote testing platforms.
