A reputable specialist educational institution is seeking a Support and Wellbeing Assistant to aid students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. The students, aged between 10 and 16, encounter various social, emotional, and mental health difficulties, including trauma, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and behavioral concerns. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be someone who is committed to being a reliable role model, dedicated to fostering strong relationships, empathetic, and ready to face challenges.

The perfect Support and Wellbeing Assistant should possess an open-minded attitude, resilience, and a solid understanding of mental health issues. Candidates with experience working with individuals with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in any capacity are encouraged to apply. Graduates in fields such as Psychology, Criminology, or Counseling will find this position particularly suitable.

Key Details:
**Salary: £80-£85 per day, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, PAYE, term time only
**Comprehensive on-site training, support, and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) are provided to ensure the safeguarding of all students.
