**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager to join our team at SeventyNine Group Limited. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing commercial activity on multiple projects, creating budgets and cost plans, negotiating rates with subcontractors, and ensuring that the financial aspects and impact of a contract are clear to all parties.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage commercial activity on multiple projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
* Create and manage budgets and cost plans, including procurement and contract administration
* Negotiate rates with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring best value for the company
* Ensure that all stakeholders understand and adhere to contractual obligations
* Prepare and agree final accounts with clients and supply chain
**Requirements**
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience and knowledge in M&E projects or the construction industry
* Knowledge of construction contracts, particularly JCT and NEC
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
