Job Summary:
The UHCW NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our Bowel Cancer Screening Programme Team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the programme's administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the programme team, including maintaining accurate records, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and managing databases.
- Answer patient inquiries and provide guidance on the screening programme, adhering to Departmental and National policy and guidance.
- Support the production and packing of bulk batches of patient mail, including screening invitations and operating letter inserts.
- Assist in the laboratory, including the receipt and logging of bowel cancer screening and symptomatic faecal test kits.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the effective implementation of the programme's Quality Management System.
- Participate in training new staff members and contribute to the development of the team.
