We are seeking a committed and skilled individual to take on the role of Organizational Change and Human Resources Support Specialist. This part-time position, with a commitment of up to 20 hours per week, will focus on facilitating our organization during periods of transition while also managing various HR administrative functions. The role will work closely with the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the scheduling and preparation of candidate interviews.
- Organize and conduct staff induction sessions.
- Keep the Group informed about personnel changes and requests.
- Gather and prepare data and reports for relevant stakeholders.
- Engage in Culture Council meetings to share insights for enhancing workplace culture.
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the HR Manager.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires and coordinate orientation activities.
- Assist in driving organizational change initiatives and fostering stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience in change management within a corporate environment.
- Understanding of HR practices and administrative processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical abilities for data evaluation and informed decision-making.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
