Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer to join our team at Collabera Digital.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Mainframe Technologies, including COBOL, z/OS, and IMS. They will be responsible for developing and testing software applications, as well as working with the wider team to improve delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and test software applications using Mainframe Technologies.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase delivery quality.
  • Provide a holistic approach to development and testing, ensuring that all aspects of the application are thoroughly tested.
  • Review and analyze delivery KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency.
  • Interface with Production Support teams to build joint improvement plans and ensure adherence to Enterprise Testing Standards.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Mainframe Technologies, including COBOL, z/OS, and IMS.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
