We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Appetite 4 Recruitment. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of kitchen operations, working closely with the Head Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive management of a large team, leading by example to deliver outstanding food quality and presentation.
  • Full engagement and involvement in back office operations, including inventory management and ordering.

  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Good understanding of business operations, including financial management and inventory control.
  • Classically trained, with a passion for delivering exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Ability to work closely with the Head Chef and General Manager to achieve business objectives.
