Senior Cost Planner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Planner to join our team at Blayze Group. As a Senior Cost Planner, you will play a key role in supporting our pre-development and construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee schemes from Stage 0-5, ensuring strong and robust cost control and cost planning.
  • Support acquisition, development management, and construction teams to ensure accurate project budgets and cost plans.
  • Execute cost plans for construction delivery teams responsible during the construction life-cycle of a project.

Requirements:

  • PQS trained Quantity Surveyor at Associate or equivalent level of Senior Cost Planner.
  • Experience in residential development of city centre and regional housing developments.
  • Broad knowledge of construction methodology.

About the Role:

This is an excellent career opportunity to work client-side for a prominent property developer, overseeing construction projects ranging from £20m - £100m+ in construction value.
