Senior Cost Planner Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Planner to join our team at CV Library. As a Senior Cost Planner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pre-development and construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee schemes from Stage 0-5, supporting acquisition, development management, and construction teams to ensure strong and robust cost control and planning.
  • Ensure project budgets are accurately forecast for land feasibility subject to land bids and acquisitions.
  • Execute strong cost plans for construction delivery teams during the construction life-cycle of a project.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • PQS training and experience as a Quantity Surveyor at Associate or equivalent level of Senior Cost Planner.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodology and residential development.
  • Experience in Residential Development of city centre and regional housing developments.
