Our HENI Talks initiative aims to share insights about art history through engaging films featuring leading artists, curators, and academics. Our growing film catalogue seeks to make art more accessible to a broader audience, fostering a platform for discussion, enjoyment, and engagement. We work closely with museums and galleries worldwide, capturing rich narratives within their collections.

We are seeking a highly passionate and skilled camera operator who is eager to learn and develop their skills to create exceptional films within our creative and friendly team. In-house training is available for the right candidate.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in camera operation for short-form documentaries on art and art history.
  • A strong interest in art and art history.
  • London-based, with the ability to work in our central London office 4 days a week.
  • Knowledge of Blackmagic and other cinema cameras in a documentary configuration.
  • Experience with Braw file formats.
  • Basic knowledge and confidence with lighting for interviews.
  • Basic audio recording skills.
  • A2 or above drone license desirable but not required.
  • Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and ability to perform basic color grading and occasional editing.
