We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Adults Social Worker to join our team at Randstad Care.

About the Role:

  • As a Qualified Social Worker, you will work collaboratively with service users and their families in a recovery-oriented model, promoting independence, choice, wellbeing, and social inclusion.
  • You will contribute to the delivery of mental health services and provide a casework service in collaboration with service users and CMHT colleagues.
  • You will practice in accordance with CPA and recovery model of care, managing a caseload including assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating care, negotiating for and coordinating the application of resources and seeking modification of attitudes or behaviour when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the well-being and independence of service users.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the needs of service users and develop effective interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support services.
  • Provide education and support to service users and their families to promote self-advocacy and empowerment.

Requirements:

  • Social Work Degree or equivalent
  • Social Work England registration
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Office based
