The Role

We are currently in search of a dedicated and empathetic full-time Secondary Education Support Specialist to join a dynamic secondary school in Truro. This position entails assisting a diverse array of students, including those with mild learning challenges. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering both the educational and social growth of students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Classroom Assistance: Support educators in lesson delivery, enhancing the learning experience for students.
  • Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students with mild learning challenges, guiding them toward their educational objectives.
  • Resource Development: Aid in the preparation of classroom materials and resources, ensuring accessibility for all learners.

Qualifications and Skills
