Job Title: Secondary Education Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Secondary Education Support Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers and support students in a secondary school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with teachers to support students in the classroom
  • Adapt lessons to meet the needs of all students
  • Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
  • Provide individual or group support to students under the direction of the teacher
  • Offer positive feedback to enhance students' self-esteem and confidence
  • Create opportunities to cater to each student's unique needs

Requirements:

  • A good level of Maths and English is necessary
  • Safeguarding Training is required, which we can provide online for free
  • Previous relevant experience is desirable but not essential
