Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and provide reports to Management on employee fitness to work and any necessary adjustments to their role.
- Communicate effectively with the occupational health team and identify hazards within the workplace.
- Conduct ergonomic risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs for staff with musculoskeletal disorders.
- Collect and analyze statistical information for report generation and contribute to health promotion events.
