Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor or Fee Earner to take on a pivotal role within our esteemed legal practice. The successful candidate will manage their own portfolio of family law matters, contributing to our growing reputation in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration and billing processes, ensuring compliance with established targets.
  • Regularly review outstanding debts, work in progress, and disbursements while maintaining accurate time records.
  • Stay informed on legal developments and changes as part of ongoing professional development.
  • Conduct client meetings, providing clear and professional legal guidance in accordance with firm policies and regulatory standards.

  • Familiarity with case management systems, specifically LEAP.

  • Salary: Competitive, ranging from £30,000 to £50,000 per annum, based on experience.
  • Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time, Permanent
