The successful candidate would be required to run their own caseload of matrimonial and family cases from the Buxton Office (hybrid working is acceptable, but we would like weekly contact in the office). Key Responsibilities:

· Efficient administration and billing to include meeting agreed targets.

· Conduct regular reviews of debts, work in progress and disbursements and to understand the importance of good and accurate time recording.

· Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the law as part of continuing professional development (CPD).

· Attend client meetings and deliver clear, concise, and professional legal advice and work in accordance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.

Person Specification:

· Personal effectiveness and self-management; Good communication, organisational and team skills.

· Display a desire to make a wider contribution to the firm.

· Good attention to detail; Flexible and dependable, able to take the initiative.

· Able to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
