Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement robust project plans, ensuring all resources, materials, and labor are efficiently allocated to meet project objectives.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with our finance team to develop project budgets and estimates, and continually review financial performance to ensure projects are completed within time, budget, and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Provide inspirational leadership to the project team, building positive working relationships, coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the tools for success.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans and addressing unforeseen issues as they arise.
- Client Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering regular updates and gaining feedback to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Streamline processes and procedures to work more efficiently, ensuring our business remains competitive and innovative.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in the stone manufacturing industry or related fields.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of project documentation, contract management, and financial reporting; proficiency in PM software for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting; excellent diplomatic communication skills.
