At Three Sixty Talent, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and internal stakeholders, resolving complex technical issues, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders through various communication channels, including phone, email, and remote desktop.
  • Resolve complex technical issues, including hardware and software problems, and escalate to 3rd line support as needed.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire junior colleagues, delegate tasks effectively, and lead by example.
  • Document technical procedures and work instructions to ensure knowledge sharing and process improvement.
  • Assist in problem management and incident management, providing guidance and mentorship to junior IT support engineers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing IT support role.
  • Familiarity with ticket systems, logging, and remote management and monitoring processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills and deep working knowledge of the Microsoft stack of technology at administrator level.
  • Strong leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire junior colleagues, delegate tasks effectively, and lead by example.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working for an IT managed services provider (MSP) or Microsoft.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
