About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Admin Assistant to join our team in Peterborough. As a key member of our central office team, you will provide administrative support to both the recruitment team and the wider HR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls on behalf of the team and manage the central inbox, responding to queries and forwarding to colleagues when necessary.
  • Produce new contracts, offer letters, and manage pre-employment checks, including chasing references and uploading RTW documents to the employee database.
  • Typing up letters, keeping the personnel database updated and immaculate, and occasionally taking minutes of meetings.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in HR administration is essential, with a focus on attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
  • Great IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases, are also required.
