About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative/Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Adecco. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and contributing to the long-term success of our clients in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage national accounts within the UK&I sales channel, collaborating with buyers, merchandisers, and customer supply chain to uncover incremental opportunities and deliver profitable sales growth.
  • Network across various internal functions, such as shopper marketing, demand planning, customer service, and the sales team, to align objectives and drive success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing compelling value propositions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our clients' businesses.
Requirements
  • A degree-level education and 1-3 years of national account management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different functions.
  • A problem-solving mindset and a passion for business development.
  • A valid driver's licence.

  • A competitive salary of £29.51 per hour.
  • A 1-year contract with the option of working remotely or being based in Bracknell two days a week.
