About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW). As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide specialist professional Occupational Health advice and support to our staff and external customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality Occupational Health services to our staff and external customers.
  • Support and contribute to the effective provision of a high-quality Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service.
  • Work autonomously and as part of the multi-disciplinary team to maintain and develop high-quality, evidence-based occupational health services.
  • Undertake audit and research related to the professional development of OH nursing.
  • Maintain confidentiality in line with professional guidelines.

Requirements

  • RGN, Diploma in nursing
  • OHNS Certificate/Diploma/Degree part 3 of the register
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • At least 1 year's experience in Occupational Health Nursing as Qualified OHN
  • Experience of working in the NHS
  • Report writing
  • Attending and contributing to meetings
