Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Valuation Surveyor

Our client, a leading commercial valuations firm, is seeking an experienced RICS registered valuer to join their team in Birmingham. As a key member of the commercial valuations team, you will contribute to the growth of the business, building client relationships and working closely with the existing department partners to expand the team.

The Birmingham-based valuations team covers the entire East Midlands, West Midlands, and North Wales regions, providing valuations for a wide range of properties, including commercial investment properties, operational assets, residential developments, and commercial and mixed-use developments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work within the existing valuation team in Birmingham, providing valuations for loan security and financial reporting purposes.
  • Carry out inspections, calculate floor and site areas, conduct comparable research, and prepare valuations and development appraisals.
  • Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying new business opportunities across the commercial valuation sector.
  • Assist in the preparation of valuations and development appraisals, and provide support to the team as needed.
