Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate project-specific HSE strategies in line with corporate goals
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders concerning HSE issues
  • Perform site evaluations and audits to ensure legal adherence
  • Oversee incident investigations and ensure resolution
  • Advise on HSE frameworks and initiatives
  • Conduct HSE training and orientation sessions on-site
  • Participate in client discussions and manage HSE aspects of site operations
  • Recruit and nurture the HSE team as necessary
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience in auditing and inspections
  • Proficient in incident management and investigation
  • Familiarity with HSE regulations and standards
  • NEBOSH General Certificate and Grad IOSH Status are essential
  • Background in the Industrial Services Sector and Petrochemical Industry
  • Skilled in delivering training programs
