Main Responsibilities:
  • Reduce maintenance costs by 10-20%
  • Decrease external maintenance costs by 20%
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize reactive maintenance
  • Ensure adherence to Good Engineering Practice (GEP) and a Safety First approach in all maintenance activities
  • Develop and manage risk assessments for site plant and fabrication maintenance
  • Conduct root cause analyses for defects, internal and external non-conformities, or customer complaints related to machinery and equipment
  • Collaborate with the Technical Manager to implement the plant preventive maintenance schedule and perform required checks and maintenance
  • Identify and communicate risks and opportunities for plant equipment and fabrics to the Senior Management Team
  • Assist with day-to-day business activities and general ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the food industry
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, systems, and tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations
  • Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively
