About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a School Cleaner. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our client's premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high standard of customer care through your focus on delivering exceptional cleaning services.
  • Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials, with full training provided.
  • Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and bin liners.
  • Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
  • Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
  • Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
Requirements
  • An attitude to thrive and cleaning experience (although we can fully train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).
  • Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
  • A basic level of spoken English for communication on safety and with members of the public and the management team.
  • Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
  • A right to work in the UK (please bring your evidence to the interview).
  • This role requires a DBS/enhanced DBS check.
