Revenue Analyst Placement

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Revenue Management Consolidated Centre (RMCC) – Revenue Analyst and Pricing team on a 12-month placement. This placement is ideal for a bachelor's or master's student looking to gain a deep understanding of how revenue and pricing strategies are executed and maintained on an international scale.

In this unique internship, you will learn how to shape the commercial revenue performance of EMEA hotels through the strategic coordination of reporting, delivery of data-driven strategies, processes, and procedures, and partnership in projects.

The Opportunity
  • Conduct effective information gathering and analysis to identify and maximise opportunities and minimise risks.
  • Support and communicate EMEA business performance and strategy relevant to inventory, pricing, systems, and promotional deployment.
  • Support EMEA and global projects with a test and learn culture, focused on our customer proposition, with robust measurements to monitor and improve performance.
  • Manage/contribute/participate in projects such as RMCC Strategic Framework to improve the efficiency or effectiveness of the RMCC and Pricing department, reports, processes, or procedures.
  • Perform tasks using various systems, including Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, SSIS, VBA, SQL, Python, and other coding languages.
  • Network with professionals across the business, paving the way for valuable relationships.

  • Must be a current Bachelor's or Master's student with a required 12-month year in industry placement as part of your degree.
  • A Hospitality or Business Management related degree is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have an interest in the hotel/hospitality industry, even if not relevant to their degree or work experience.
