**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Support the ITU team in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
**Requirements**
- Valid NMC Registration.
- Evidence of relevant clinical professional development.
- Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability.
