Job Title:

NATO FAS Specialist - Interoperability Expert

Job Summary:

Hexegic is seeking a highly skilled NATO FAS Specialist to join our team as an Interoperability Expert. As a key member of our project team, you will work closely with our clients to ensure seamless integration of NATO FAS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interoperability Expertise: Provide in-depth knowledge of NATO FAS systems and their functionality, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Assurance Lead: Lead specific assurance events, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with direction.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports outlining outputs, outcomes, observations, and recommendations from events.
  • Desktop Analysis: Conduct thorough desktop analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Quick Look Reports: Prepare quick look reports to provide timely insights.
  • Interoperability, Security, Capability Reports: Develop comprehensive reports on interoperability, security, and capability.
  • Meetings and Conferences: Attend meetings, planning conferences, and working groups as required.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the Team Lead as needed, advising on FMN Spiral Specifications, assurance activities, and other matters.
Requirements:
  • NATO FAS Expertise: Detailed knowledge and experience of NATO FAS systems, their functionality, and interoperability.
  • Multi-National Experience: Experience working in both national and multi-national defense environments through exercise and experimentation.
  • Qualifications: Qualified or with commensurate experience in NATO FAS.
  • C4ISR Knowledge: Knowledge of C4ISR products and processes.
  • FMN Spiral Specifications: Knowledge of FMN Spiral Specifications.
  • Agile Project Management: Knowledge of Agile Project Management principles and working.
  • JSP440 and SbD: Awareness of JSP440 and Secure by Design (SbD) principles.
  • Architectural Frameworks: Working knowledge in architectural frameworks such as TOGAF.
Desirable:
  • UK Armed Forces Experience: Experience working in the UK Armed Forces.
  • Ground to Air Information Exchange: Experience working in a Ground to Air Information Exchange environment.
