Position Overview

Thrive Homes is seeking a dedicated Housing Operations Supervisor to lead our Customer Relations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive tenancy management service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the team’s effectiveness in managing tenancies through home and estate visits, addressing anti-social behavior, tenancy fraud, and contractual breaches.
  • Facilitate the achievement of team goals through robust performance management, including regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance evaluations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and dissatisfaction promptly.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and generate team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in the review and enhancement of policies and procedures.
  • Review legal notices and case files prior to possession actions.
Qualifications

We welcome diverse experiences and backgrounds. Candidates may demonstrate their skills through formal education or relevant work experience. A full driving license and access to a vehicle are required.

Experience in tenancy management and/or handling anti-social behavior is essential. A formal qualification in CIH or Management at level 3 or above is preferred.
