Position Title - Sales Associate - Part-Time

As a Sales Associate, you will engage directly with customers and apply your merchandising skills within our retail environments. In return, we offer:

* Competitive pay at £11.44 per hour

* Complimentary jewellery valued between £25-£55 monthly

* Flexible scheduling – choose your working hours during store operation times

* No weekend shifts required

This role is based in a designated area, with potential travel to various locations as needed. We seek individuals who can commence work promptly.

If you desire a flexible position that accommodates your personal commitments, consider joining our team. You will have the freedom to manage your start and finish times, provided you fulfill your complete shift during operational hours.

In this role, you will collaborate with a Team Leader who will offer guidance and continuous support. Familiarity with technology is advantageous, as we utilize several applications to enhance your work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Your role will require a customer-centric approach, characterized by a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.

Your in-store tasks will include:

Implementing visual merchandising standards for our productsUnpacking and organizing new stock deliveriesUpholding cleanliness and organization within the storeCoordinating promotional setupsBuilding strong relationships with management teams to identify sales enhancement opportunities

Please be aware that there is a holiday embargo during peak seasons, with limited time off available. You will have designated holidays, but additional time off during busy periods requires prior approval. Please inform us of any previously scheduled time off.

Qualifications:

Experience in a customer-facing role is essential, particularly within fashion.Background in sales or retail is preferred.Access to a smartphone compatible with either Android 8.1 or later, or Apple iOS 13.4 or later is required.
