About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for creating a culinary experience for our guests through your attention to detail and passion for flavors. Your role will involve running a busy section in the kitchen, ensuring that presentation, taste, texture, and quality are always maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Running a busy section in the kitchen
  • Ability to cook delicious dishes to an extremely high standard
  • Ensure that presentation, taste, texture, and quality are always maintained
  • Help impart your knowledge to junior chefs
Requirements
  • Providing high quality service comes naturally to you
  • Adopt a flexible approach to assist in different areas of the kitchen as needs indicate
  • Strong attention to detail
  • You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues
  • Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner
  • Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is a significant advantage
  • Degree or certificate in culinary arts is a plus
