About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for creating a culinary experience for our guests through your attention to detail and passion for flavors. Your primary duties will include running a busy section in the kitchen, cooking delicious dishes to an extremely high standard, and ensuring that presentation, taste, texture, and quality are always maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run a busy section in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
  • Cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Ensure that presentation, taste, texture, and quality are always maintained, and that all dishes are presented in a visually appealing way.
  • Help to train and develop junior chefs, sharing your knowledge and expertise to ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared and served on time.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is highly desirable.
  • A degree or certificate in culinary arts is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A positive and proactive approach to work.
