Job Title: Car Sales Executive
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our client's sales department. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing prospects, working with individual customers to understand their needs, and guiding them towards the most appropriate product.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Demonstrate the most suitable options to the customer, understand and adapt to their buying strategy, and encourage them to experience the product through test drives.
- Sales and Negotiation: Agree the price and payment method and any finance arrangements with the customer direct, working within company guidelines.
- Training and Development: Positively participate in training and development opportunities to assist the Group in achieving its aims and objectives.
- Order Management: Liaise with Sales Administration to ensure product availability fits with customer's expectations, place the order, update customer records, and schedule any complementary services/additional work to be completed on the vehicle before the delivery date.
- Customer Follow-up: Ensure that each delivery is followed up with a personal call to check the customer is happy. Maintain contact with customers to build relationships and future business.
- Sales Planning: Plan and organize own daily selling activity – for example, by telephoning sales prospects (previous/existing customers or general enquiries) to obtain new business.
- Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide a seamless service to customers.

- Ability to work to tight deadlines to achieve the business needs.

- PC, Microsoft, and web literate.
