- Collaborate with Teachers: Work closely with teachers to develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
- Monitor Student Progress: Track student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents.
- Support Transitions: Assist students during transitions, such as moving between year groups or dealing with significant life changes.
- Collaborate with External Agencies: Work with external agencies and professionals to provide comprehensive support to students.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a pastoral or support role within an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
