Position: Revenue Manager - UK

Objective: To enhance the RevPar of assigned hotels by effectively managing pricing strategies on a daily basis. Under the guidance of leadership, you will implement and execute actions that drive optimal performance.

Location: This role offers flexibility to work remotely, with occasional travel to the hotels you oversee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly reports, alongside market trends, to continually refine pricing strategies.
  • Oversee and assess the performance of various distribution channels (GDS, IDS, direct bookings) and market segments.
  • Prepare detailed minutes and action plans for each forecast, ensuring that proposed actions are feasible and aligned with identified challenges.
  • Monitor trade fair periods and peak demand dates to enhance the hotel's RGI during high-demand seasons.
  • Ensure that pricing strategies position the hotel competitively within the market.
  • Generate weekly and periodic forecasts in accordance with MHI accuracy standards.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in revenue management or supervision within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong skills in Pricing, Forecasting, and Benchmarking.
  • Familiarity with Opera, Switch, and Duetto is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of SAP/AFO is preferred.
