Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Author to create high-quality, engaging, and informative technical documentation for our business. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our product, QA, and software engineering teams to produce user guides that accurately deliver training to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, to support our software development environment.
  • Collaborate with our engineering, infrastructure, cloud, and support teams to create documentation and resources.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding of technical concepts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical documentation.
Requirements
  • Autonomous and technically-minded individual with a background in writing user guides and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical jargon.
  • Experience creating documentation in a fast-paced software development environment.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
