Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management team in the day-to-day operations of our care services
- Accountable for the delivery of high-quality care to our clients
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of our clients
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals to ensure excellent customer service and care outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Monitor and report on care service performance and quality
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in the home care sector (domiciliary and live-in care preferable)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory responsibilities and care standards
- NVQ Level 3 in care or equivalent
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and computer literacy
- Ability to manage own time and be proactive
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety
- Full driver's license
