Process Technology Placement Opportunity

CPI is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Process Technology team as a placement student. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and optimising laboratory scale processes, working on real commercial and collaborative projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Discuss project needs and set up, plan, and execute engineering work
  • Agree weekly work plans with line manager and project manager(s) and deliver plan to agreed schedule
  • Provide clearly documented records of technical data, decisions, methodologies, planning, and software use
  • Contribute to the delivery of formulation projects through the delivery of formulation knowledge
  • Share professional knowledge with colleagues and be responsible for own continuous professional development
Requirements:
  • Studying towards (or have recently completed) a degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
  • Enthusiastic, effective interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn hands-on/practical experience
  • Commitment to and actively seeking opportunities to develop themselves within new and exciting roles
