  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architectural technology.

Requirements:

  • Architectural Technology and Technical Drawing skills.
  • Experience in creating construction drawings using CAD software.
  • Knowledge of architecture principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • 4+ years of experience in residential construction.
  • HND, BSc in Architectural Technology or Part 2 qualified Architect.
