We are looking for a meticulous and proactive professional to join our People Team as a Senior HRIS Operations Coordinator. This role is essential for overseeing our Human Resources information systems, ensuring data accuracy, managing reporting functions, and upholding compliance with HR policies and standard operating procedures. The Senior Coordinator will also be responsible for supervising a People Team administrator, ensuring seamless operations during the maternity leave period.
Key Responsibilities
HR Systems Management
- Administer and maintain HR systems and platforms, ensuring optimal functionality and alignment with organizational needs.
- Identify and resolve system issues, collaborating with IT and external vendors as necessary.
Data Integrity and Reporting
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data, generating regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Analyze HR data to deliver actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to complete monthly administrative tasks efficiently.
File Management
- Organize and manage the structure of HR files and folders, adhering to data protection standards.
- Implement effective file management protocols for secure storage and easy document retrieval.
Policy Management
- Oversee the review and update processes for People policies and standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with review timelines.
Team Collaboration
- Supervise the People Team Administrator.
- Manage workload distribution to ensure timely and accurate task completion.
- Coordinate with Business Partners and colleagues to ensure accurate information processing.
- Assist employees with the administration of company benefits.
- Engage in project work as required.
Compliance and Audit Support
- Assist in preparing audits related to HR systems, data, and policies.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices in HR data management.
