About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Colleague in Basingstoke. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Operate the till and handle cash, credit/debit card, and gift card transactions accurately
  • Contribute to visual merchandising, ensuring the store is well-presented and inspiring to customers
  • Develop product knowledge and confidently assist customers with their queries
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and store objectives

About You

  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • You must be passionate about craft and willing to learn and share your expertise with customers
  • High levels of enthusiasm, drive, and motivation are essential for this role
  • Confident and clear communication skills are required
  • You must be flexible to accommodate the business trading needs
