Job Summary

We are seeking experienced multi-trade professionals to join our team at ARC (Norwich) Limited. As a multi-trade specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance work on commercial properties across London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance work on commercial properties
  • Work on a variety of trade skills, including carpentry, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, floor laying, bricklaying, and roofing
  • Attend to customer service needs and discuss works required with landlords
  • Travel to various locations in London and the South East
Requirements
  • Experience in a multi-trade role
  • Skills in carpentry, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, floor laying, bricklaying, or roofing
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to work on commercial maintenance/repairs contracts
