Position Overview: This role is a permanent full-time position with a 3 on 3 off working schedule. Flexibility is essential as shifts may start as early as 4am and conclude as late as 2am.

Role Purpose: The primary responsibility is to ensure the secure and efficient transfer of Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) throughout the airport terminal, enhancing their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist arriving, departing, and transferring Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM).
  • Maintain effective communication with passengers and airport personnel.
  • Provide assistance to Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) at designated drop-off/pick-up areas, during airline check-in, at security checkpoints, and prior to boarding.
  • Safely aid in the transition of passengers from the aircraft to the terminal using appropriate equipment.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations.
  • Utilize company equipment responsibly, ensuring proper maintenance and usage.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Capability to assist passengers in accordance with manual handling protocols.
