Restaurant General Manager

GPS Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food, excellent customer service, and a clean and safe environment.
  • Lead a team of managers and staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of General Manager experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
