Account Manager - Wholesale Tour Operator

Antella Travel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in a dynamic wholesale tour operator. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and managing a portfolio of travel agents and their client booking requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to sales managers with day-to-day sales activities and administration tasks.
  • Creating, amending and sending Quotes requests.
  • Developing and maintaining client relations.
  • Preparing and sending out offers and follow up with customers to win business.
  • Managing and developing on Client Profiles.
  • Checking and maintaining hotel options and deadlines.
  • Active involvement in operational aspects as required.
  • Assisting accounts department with any credit control queries.
  • Supporting Operations during peak season.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within travel tour operations / travel sales OR Sales travel targeted positions is essential.
  • You must have experience in quoting and costing.
  • Customer oriented approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Planning and organising skills.
  • Fluent written and verbal English.
What We Offer:
  • Base Salary £32,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
  • 23 days annual leave allowance.
