Antella Travel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in a dynamic wholesale tour operator. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and managing a portfolio of travel agents and their client booking requests.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support to sales managers with day-to-day sales activities and administration tasks.
- Creating, amending and sending Quotes requests.
- Developing and maintaining client relations.
- Preparing and sending out offers and follow up with customers to win business.
- Managing and developing on Client Profiles.
- Checking and maintaining hotel options and deadlines.
- Active involvement in operational aspects as required.
- Assisting accounts department with any credit control queries.
- Supporting Operations during peak season.
- Previous experience within travel tour operations / travel sales OR Sales travel targeted positions is essential.
- You must have experience in quoting and costing.
- Customer oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Planning and organising skills.
- Fluent written and verbal English.
- Base Salary £32,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
- 23 days annual leave allowance.
- Pension.
- Hybrid working.
