We are seeking a skilled Lead Project Coordinator to oversee the execution of project, program, and contract management services related to the investment and upkeep of our properties. This role ensures that our properties are maintained to exemplary standards, meet high customer satisfaction levels, and comply with all relevant regulations.


The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on the budget for assigned Planned Maintenance Program projects, which includes a comprehensive range of maintenance activities, the development of maintenance schedules, and ensuring effective procurement, contract management, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Project Coordinator will manage all aspects of project management related to the planned investment initiatives for C-urb 6 Limited.

The role involves leading surveys, preparing, developing, managing, and delivering planned projects, including coordinating with external contractors, consultants, local authorities, and other relevant stakeholders.

Candidate Profile


As a Lead Project Coordinator, you will possess extensive experience in project and contract management, including procurement, to deliver comprehensive project management services.

You should have a solid understanding and experience in managing and executing Planned Investment/Cyclical Maintenance programs.


Your responsibilities will include overseeing project management and supervision of investment projects within the organization's housing portfolio, as well as prioritizing and managing the investment budget for planned preventative maintenance and capital improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills Required

- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a Technical or Building-related discipline.
- Membership in a professional body relevant to the field (e.g., RICS, APM, CIOB).


- Experience in building and construction Health and Safety, Fire Risk assurance, including knowledge of building design, specifications, and material qualities.

- Proven experience in preparing and delivering professional survey reports.

- A strong commitment to the principles of exceptional customer service.

- In-depth knowledge and experience in Asset Planning and directing investment through major works programs.

- Significant contract management experience, with familiarity in standard forms of contract, procurement methods, and tendering processes.

- Understanding of procurement legislation.


- Experience in procurement, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with the organization's policies and procedures.


- Excellent time management skills with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize workloads to meet all deadlines and targets.

- Strong report writing, numeracy, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
